I enjoyed my fantastic stay during winter. it was lovely and welcoming with a very comfy bed and a generous supply of tea and coffee. the hotel is conveniently located in a central area, very close to shops and restaurants, making it a great choice for exploring Shepparton.

I loved the property and its hot breakfast.

The room was extremely pleasant and brand-new, it had cable channels, a writing desk, and coffee.

Very clean bed in the twin room, plus a writing table and a toaster. A wide array of food at the warm and delicious breakfast. Very professional staff and convenient location on the outskirts of town! Efficient services, free Wi-Fi.

The units here are pretty spacious, and the beds are comfortable. the staff is super friendly, and the service is excellent! 😊.

There were rooms available

Could hear people arguing through the walls. The whole place was quite tired in general and in need of a spruce up/paint and redecorate. There were no breakfast utencil suppolied in the room.

Yummy and fresh food. Functional room, exceptionally comfortable bed and a comfortable decor. Great and handy location not far from shops & places to eat and public transport, could not be better.

This place is conveniently located near a road junction and offers a nicely decorated room with a comfortable bed.

When I looked it said breakfast was included. However after i booked it said no meal option was included. Didn't really matter we were able to purchase continental breakfast at a very reasonable price

Airconditoner/heater could have been quiter.

It's the little "one percenters" that made this place such a good option. From the friendly and helpful staff to the comfort of the room. An excellent choice and I'll be staying there again.

The room was of an older style, but very clean and quite well designed. Large TV was well placed and easily placed in different directions. Plenty water coverage in shower and consistent heat. Room warm on very cold nights. The hostess/owner was friendly and helpful, willing to allow some extra benefits without complaint, like allowing late checkout at 11, no problems.

Could have had more cooking facilities like an apartment, but I do understand it is a motel.

Pleasant overnight stay, nice little and absolutely great place. Fashionable excellent sized rooms, clean bathroom, warm breakfast. Location next to Shepparton in four months.

This place has a fantastic location, being close to shops and restaurants, and it's situated in a peaceful area—perfect for work. 😊.

Staff contact excellent , bed comfyier than mine at home

The motel I usually stay at in Shepparton put up their rates by (what I considered) an unrealistic amount. This motel was exactly half the price and just as good, if not better. Clean, comfortable, plenty of room (and power points) and an individual Foxtel box.
